How did you get through life after losing someone? The little things remind you every day that they are gone. A trip to the post office or the grocery store, seeing a book or magazine cover, a scene from a movie, a song, the fragrance of perfume when you walk through a shopping mall; the list goes on and on. They are all experiences in everyday life that you now have to face without the other person. A daughter, a son, a wife, a husband, brother, mother, or dad - who were they, and how have you been able to cope with such a great loss?

If you send us an email or an attached Word file with your ideas and experiences that might encourage someone else, we will post it on this site.  You just might have something that someone else desperately needs, so help us out. Send in your stories and experiences.
